ECVET - Application to mobility projects

Before the departure the sending organisation should provide the information on practical arrangements concerning the training period.

The information on practical arrangements deal with:
- the accommodation (family or college)
- travelling
- the local transport
- the budget differing according to the period of stay and the grant
- the risk evaluation in coordination with the host organisation
- the accident and public liability insurances
- the social security aspects (public welfare, health care, etc.).

The information on the training period cover with:
- the modules/units to be attended
- the language used during the lessons
- the timetable prepared in coordination with the host organisation
- the opportunities to participate at additional activities provided by the host partner
- the on-line tutoring offered by the sending organisation
- the MoU and the Learning Agreement.
- the on-line tutoring by the sending organisation
- the MoU and the Learning Agreement.
