Coordinator - Supervisor guide > Training period > Assessment Certification Validation

Assessment/Validation: in the designing phase it's important to remind that the training period has to be evaluated by the host organisation; the assessment should be recognized by the sending organisation.

The coordinator of the sending organisation in cooperation with the host partner should:
- arrange and give to the student a certificate template where describing the competences acquired
- write a letter of presentation for the new school
- set out in the contract what will be recognized and which parts should be integrated in order to allow the student's re-entry in his/her own training path by preventing penalties and valorising the mobility experience at most
- validate the certificate awarded by the host organisation.

The coordinator of the host partner should
- communicate in detail the assessment procedures applied by each teacher
- assess the training activity and award a final certificate.

Certification: the host organisation can award partial certificates on single units or training periods or complete certificates when the period matches with a whole course (for example, one year). In this last case, the awarding body should also issue a Certificate Supplement.

The certificate should take into account the indications provided in the MoU.
