The teachers should be highly qualified and hold a specific degree.

Peer Review is a type of external evaluation functional to check the system quality. An external group of experts, so called peers, is invited to judge the quality of the school facilities and VET provision. The Peers are external people but they work in a similar context and have a specific professional knowledge on the topics considered.
