During the internship the company supervisor is on hand to help the trainee in the event of relational difficulties or other problems.
In case the difficulties can't be overcome within the company, the coordinator of the host organisation might be involved to contribute in solving the problems. Whether the difficulties can't be ridden out the coordinator of the host organisation should eventually suggest the movement to another company.
