In the initial training the Ministry of Education and Research is in charge of setting out the assessment procedures and the exams. In the continuing training each training organisation sets out specific exam procedures for each profession.
The Ministry of Education and Research awards the diplomas while the final certificates are issued by the vocational schools at the end of a training course.
